Open the Flex Gym app and tap on your profile icon in the top-left corner of the home screen. This will take you to your account settings, where you can manage your personal information and app preferences.
In your profile settings, locate the “Edit Profile” button and tap it. This section allows you to make changes to your account, including editing personal details or managing your account preferences.
Scroll down in the Edit Profile section and tap on the “Deactivate Account” button. This option will initiate the account deactivation process and guide you through the steps required to deactivate your account.
Read the deactivation notice carefully. Tap the “Deactivate Account” button to confirm your decision. Your account will be temporarily disabled, and all associated data will be securely stored for 3 months before permanent deletion. During this time, you can reactivate your account by contacting your gym’s reception.
